Who We Are?
Real Tax is a fast growing public accounting firm focused on the needs of small companies – startups and individuals. We’re located in the heart of Downtown – Vancouver, British Columbia. At Real Tax, we believe that without accounting, life will be bleak, as in both the personal and corporate worlds, effective accounting allows one to review the past and the present in order to prepare for the future. Essentially, it keeps you in good health, fiscally speaking at least.
We all have unique accounting needs. Small and medium business owners need to place profound attention on accounting. Our staff are experienced and from diverse backgrounds. This experience and diversity enables us to easily relate to your accounting needs like bookkeeping; tax preparation and consulting; payroll management and financial statements (among others). We want you to be more than just another client.

Leticia
Accounting Manager & Founder
Leticia has been working in the field of Accounting and Finance for over 10 years. She has experienced many different roles, from Accounts Payable, Financial Analyst, Bookkeeper to Accounting Manager. At Real Tax, she manages clients and the accounting team to always deliver the most accurate work. In recent years, she has been focusing on her accounting designation. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree, and before co-founding Real Tax she was working as a bookkeeper at Krishna & Associates. After reaching a significant growth in her client base, Leticia decided to take it to the next level, which induced the establishment of REAL TAX together with Praveen Krishna.
Praveen Krishna
Senior Accountant & Founder
Praveen started a career in Public Accounting in 1999. His first accounting company, Krishna & Associates was founded in 2009. He has been working in the public accounting sector for over 17 years. Praveen got his accounting education with Certified Management Accountants (CMA) in 2001. In 2019 he founded Real Tax, and ever since the company’s establishment his accounting skills and expertise has been bringing the perfect balance to Real Tax team.
Jaspreet Bhela
Bookkeeper
Jaspreet Bhela joined Real Tax in 2019. She holds a Master’s Degree. She is excited to be a part of the accounting team that ensures all transactions, either big or small, are accounted for accurately.
Pedro Kloster
Accountant
Pedro is super excited to be a part of the accounting team that ensures all transactions, either big or small, are accounted for accurately. Prior to joining Real Tax, he was also working in the field of accounting at a large bank in Brazil. Pedro holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Ana Carolina
Finance support
Ana is the multitasking queen, who helps to organize our office and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. Prior to joining Real Tax, she was also working in customer services at a large company in Brazil.
Aline Souza
Bookkeeper
Aline Souza joined Real Tax in 2019. She holds two Bachelor’s Degrees in Law and Accounting from Brazil. Prior to joining Real Tax, Aline worked as bookkeeper for over 10 years at her family’s accounting firm. As a bookkeeper, she collects all your records and transforms it into easy-to-understand accounting information.
Jhessica Sa
Bookkeeper
Jhessica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Each day she works harder to turn her skills and technique into experience and expertise to better serve our clients. Jhessica aspires to pursue her career in accounting by joining the Real Tax team, while continuing her studies in Canada.
